  While the people who work inside the post office are friendly and helpful, our experience with our mail carrier for the last few years has been horrible. The first time my husband met her, she spent 10 minutes complaining about other residents on her route to him. A single innocent complaint a year ago from us has led to a literal grudge against us by her. We keep being told that the carrier (Mary) is retiring soon, but in the meantime she's getting away with murder. Since then, we have been forced to complain about packages thrown several feet over our fence, too large packages crammed in the box (crunching the package and our other mail), notices left that something was undeliverable because it wouldn't fit (only to go pick it up and find that it was a tiny bubble mailer package that would easily have fit), nasty passive-aggressive handwritten notes left in our box from her, and most recently, an attempt to run me off of our one-lane road. This wasn't an accident, as she made eye contact with me the entire time as I slammed on my brakes and pulled into the ditch to avoid her. After the last incident I sat down with the Postmaster to discuss the situation, and she said she was going to speak with HER supervisor about the carrier's behavior. This week, Mary is still on our route, and I heard from our neighbor that she drove down their driveway today and DEMANDED that they move their mailbox because it "blocked her view of the road." They have a tiny mailbox, and it was not the cause of her running me off of our road. I don't care if she's retiring next WEEK, she should be fired for her very inappropriate and dangerous behavior.

  In April I ordered something and when it got to the post office they sent it to azle. This past week I've ordered something and it was supposed to be here today July 10, 2017 but instead they sent it all the way to Arlington. I don't understand what the deal is! I CLEARLY have a springtown address! Now I have to wait 2-3 more days for it to get here I'm sure because that's what happened the first time. It wouldn't normally be a big deal but it's happened twice in a row now.
